China’s Ambassador to Canada, Cong Peiwu, tells Mercedes Stephenson his country supports a WHO review committee on COVID-19 but countries should be focusing on fighting the pandemic.
Peiwu also attacks the United States’ handling of the pandemic.
“But if you can see with the United States, it has lost the precious time they had got from China because we had issued [an] early warning to them from the very beginning,” he said.
